Huge room! Lots of space for luggage and storage for shopping bags! Close proximity to the mall. Lots of eateries and activities to do. There's even a train station nearby. The Muslim lady donning the hijab and spectacles at the level 1 restaurant reception was friendly and made us feel light hearted and welcome. Plus, the kaya butter toasted by the chef was sooooooo delicious.

I liked almost everythng to my need. My husband & I, were supposed to change hotel after 2 nights, but decided to stay on here instead... as it gave us the peace we wanted for a relaxing & healing stay. 1. Meals in room dining: Service, pesentation, serving portion, wait time & accuracy ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ 2. Breakfast at coffee house: Service, spread, ambience & cleanliness ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ 3. Staff appearance, politeness & response ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ 4. Housekeeping service & response ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ 5. Deluxe King Room size - Super Generous ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ 6. Concierge efficientness ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ 7. Operator response ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Overall, Avante BU offerered us a good rest & therapeutic 6 nights stay. I shall return with hopes for greater service, if not same. Check-in - Had an unpleasant experience during check-in. 2 male receptionists were at the counter doing whaever they were doing ignoring me for about 15 minutes. No notication/acknowledgment from them why it was taking so long despite there was no other guest at that time. Later, the concierge apologised and told me there was a system failure. Location – About 5 minutes walk from the Bandar Utama MRT station. Walking distance to the huge 1Utama shopping mall. Very convenient. Room – Stayed at Superior Twin with breakfast for 2. Clean with all required facilites. It was quite small but enough room for 2 persons. Bathroom – Clean with strong water pressure. Pool and gym - Beautiful and big pool at the 15th level. Gym is just next to it. Cannot enter the gym unless you need to have the access card obtained from the check-in counter. Breakfast - Very big spread with the usual local and international food. Wife told me her fried kway teow (flat noodle) was rancid. My honey dew was bad too.

The room is spacious but the interior furniture seem to be so simple until you can think that the room is probably still not completed yet.

Hotel very clean, well maintained,modern facilities. Great location to shopping centre and easy access to road and train networks. All amenities in room worked, spacious and very comfortable bed. Rooms were soundproof. Never heard others moving above or below or down corridors. The infinity pool was amazing and large. The staff. Over the 6 days of our stay if a staff member encountered you they always acknowledged you with smiles or hello. Flawless check in and out

We didn't have breakfast there so we can't comment about that. We did have the Seafood buffet one night though. It was quite pricey for the quality of food. Basically everything about the hotel was good. They have a shuttle on request basis to the nearby mall. There is an independent restaurant right at the top where you can get great views of the surrounding area.You can also walk directly to one of the big malls through a covered walkway- very convenient!!

- Friendly and helpful staff, especially at reception. They explain every details and assist us accordingly. - Cozy, clean with swimming pool-view from our room (ie we can plan our timing to go swimming since we are able to see whether many/ fewer people there through the window hehehe) - Delicious and variety of food food during breakfast buffet (Malaysian / International (ie Western/Japan)) food was served during our stay. - Walking distance to 1 Utama Shopping Centre & Bandara Utama MRT Station (we went to 1U for many times as well as using MRT and went to Damascus, Bukit Bintang haha) - FREE & UNLIMITED mineral water provided by housekeeping also they deliver to us (even at 11pm since we requested during the night due to challenge eating 2x spicy samyang. - FREE towels /pillow when requested from the hosukeeping staff. - FREE parking for guest staying

Everything about the hotel was excellent. It's located next to One Utama, one of the largest malls in Malaysia and an train station. We had a deluxe room for three nights and were very impressed by thoughtful additions like bed reading lights and a discrete circular night light in the bathroom. The amazing variety of the breakfast layout every morning is phenomenal. Large hall so there's never difficulty in finding a seat.

very good location and facilities. staff members are great. morning breakfast very delicious, lots of choices at buffet. good coffee! amenities in the room are very adequate, the provision of water bottles is really useful. near MRT, makes transport to town really easy.
